Did you end up liking how everything went with quality?

The only reason I didn't jump into a lease purchase was after speaking to several people who were doing it successfully I realized a trend. Most of them were paying themselves very little. Apparently, they had few expenses outside the truck. I have expenses so I can't really go backwards there. Some family guys were doing really well, but they also lived on the road all the time. I like to get home more often than once a month or two. I eventually just got a local job. I am working a lot of hours, most of my days start way before the sun comes out, but I am making it. I may eventually go back OTR, but for now I am enjoying being home with my family. If I do the OTR thing again, I will probably get into a LP. I don't like working for other people anymore. I am getting older and want to make my own decisions, fail or succeed.

Sounds like you want alot without having any money. IF you are going to start a business, you will need to sacrifice something. So the real question for you will be..... What are you willing to sacrifice?

Do your homework first, I can tell you from not making at a few places I don't it with, I put in 6 hard months with great wide and it was like going to school all over again , witch a lot of people think I need but I don't care one bit lol ,so anytime you go with a new company/carrier/ LP/rent own, what ever you call it make sure you have some cash put a side because you will have to learn how to make it at that company, now I can look back and say guess what that was hell and my wife is here with me, know I am here at great wide make top pay why because I learned how to make money here yes there money to be made here and no I am not getting paid to say it if any of you see a great wide Whit pro star going up and down 85 twice per from GA to NC and back just reach out to me an the radio we can pull over and I will show you what I do and you can take it from there I will not put out number here
