Do we get 100% of load bonuses? Or the 75%?

Bonus on load for On time delivery. certain shippers do it in my area. I got 100% of bonus and 75% of stop pay. SMH stop pay should be 100%.

Ok I was not familiar with the bonuses. Never heard of a bonus for doing ones job the way they are supposed to.

For all who didn't know, I left Malone at the beginning of the month for a carrier who actually respects the contractors.

I got tired of the heavy cheap freight and lack of availability. That combined with paying them nearly 30% of the gross each week seemed like an incredible waste of time and money.
Being told I need to ask for permission to book a load was ridiculous. Add to that the incredibly High CSA score for the company I can't even use a prepass.
I decided it was time to end the dysfunctional relationship and move on. The first week at my new carrier I grossed the same as I did the entire month of July with Malone. Ending that relationship with CRST is something I should have done a long time ago.

This is what happens to most people, who post about Malone. They start off saying how good Malone is. Couple months later they hate it and quit, and you will never hear from them again.

It's all good I just had to be reminded of why I left them in 2006. They make their money off nickel-and-diming contractors and the fools who become lease purchase operators.
They would much rather have the lease purchase guys then true owner operators. It's all good though I ain't mad. I have seen the light and it is freight availability and fair rates without all the charge backs. It also helps that I only pay 15% of the gross.

Alright, I'll bite. Who's the mystery carrier that respects their drivers? I'm always looking for a better deal.
