A wise decision, I'd say. IKO pallets are heavy. It's all my big ### can do to even budge one of those with a pallet jack.

Any load of shingles I've done I always use two straps per pallet. Since you can't crank the straps down real tight it makes me feel better.

A full skid of shingles can weigh up to 4500 lbs. Two straps is always a good idea. I always hate the fact they aren't strapped to the skid, or unitized in any way.passingthru69 and DDlighttruck Thank this. -
