Convert this over to Schneider pay for us please.. if I did the math right that would be $1875.20 at $.49

At 34 hours we go back on the clock for the next 10 hours so I don't leave any earlier than I have to.

I sleep at home in my bed or possibly a company paid hotel if doing a layover on the road.

    Tanker312 and 19d Thank this.

Mileage was 3446 total. At .49 that's 1688.55. I am not sure what else Schneider pays for. Hours detention after 2 was 4 total. I was paid for 3 load/unloads.

It don't make a huge difference but I didn't get loaded the first load, it was a pre loaded and I didn't unload the second load in La Porte, I ended up relaying it off in Houston cause they couldn't unload me till the next day. So I only got did 1 load pay and 1 unload pay for the entire week. I did have 1 real layover in Keasby I sit off duty for 34 hours cause a load got cancelled and I waited for the long run , the other layover I got payed I really shouldn't have because I counted my 10 hr break and I got unloaded which took 7.75 hours to do all while off duty on the clock. The truck stop was just down the street from the plant so I was able to work it like that. I hate that our layover pay is so low, only 65 bucks. And to get it I have to be off duty for 24 hrs. 10 off in the sleeper and 14 waiting on a load or something. If I got like 125 for layover I wouldn't be happy but I definitely wouldn't hate layovers as much. The 65 dollars for being away from home trying to make a paycheck just sitting sucks. I didn't sit in any traffic no longer than just a few mins, couple normal construction areas up in New York on 81 was all. I went to work at noon the first day and I sit for 2 days. So I only worked 5 days tops, so it was a pretty descent pay for amount of actual work I did. Ended up being right at $1577.26 gross for week. I did a total of 2724 miles, of these 2,282 were loaded , 442 were empty or bobtail, got paid for 1 unload and 1 load, paid 5 hr 45 mins of detention pay and paid for 2 layovers but probably should've only got paid for one. I just snuck one in their being able to stay off duty while doing some things. Can you work these numbers into your pay scale to see how it comes out since these are the accurate miles etc now. Tge statement is released now so I know these are right. Just add 1 loayover though on your scale when you add all this up because I wouldn't have gotten the second one anywhere else. (Trust me) :)

Oh and say you are getting loaded and it takes them 3 hours to load you. How much do you get payed? I only get 35 dollars for 3 hours. And what if it takes you 3 hours to unload how much do you get? I only get 45 dollars. It's a 10 dollar difference in loading and unloading for me. Sorry for questions bud I just want to know all I can in case I decide to work closer to the house. I like the sleeper pay too, 10 bucks a nite turns into 50 bucks quick. And layover pay starts after how long? And is how much? Thanks bud

Something else I just figured out after looking thru statements and counting days. Even though I can make 300 dollars a day working, after looking at pay and counting days working. It all comes to the same average per day of only 230 a day, now I don't have anywhere else to compare that too but I'm guessing your average pay is well above 230 a day. I just worked 9.5 days and I made 2,243.00 that comes to 236 per day for this time out. But I would say 230 is the average over all for a month a day it looks like. I got home yesterday and I'm off till Monday now :) work 9 and take off 5 haha. Im loving this part this most. I'm finding myself taking off a lot more lately. Will hurt the pocket some but I feel like I've completely missed my summer being gone in that truck. Just part of the job though. I need to get some info about the high point terminal too. Wonder how it is for guys that have it as their home terminal, I right down the highway from it
