Does Mills provide a training program

Brentwood...but we have a reg run of beer to Union NJ that we do daily/weekly to so thatd be another option to get you home easily.

 

Millis definitely has the best training program going right now. Also, pays the best. .42/mile while on your trainers truck. That's better than a lot of drivers in their own trucks with other companies.

As far as getting home while in training. If you are going to the school close to home you can go home on the weekends, or even every night if you are really close.

After school, they usually let you go home for the weekend if you want to before going out with a trainer.

Once on the truck, plan on being on the truck for 2 months straight, unless you get a regional trainer. Regional can be home on weekends or every other week. With OTR trainers, getting home depends on wether the trainer is going home, you have the time to stop by home, or any other of a number of factors. Keep in mind they want to get your training done and get you into your own truck. That is the goal and anything else delays that goal.
