Ya but i wouldn't want a single one of them. If a guy has so little self motivation to go get a good job, how motivated will he be to take care of your equipment or make load deadlines.

Are you going to be getting your employee all his loads of off load boards or do you have direct shipper in the works?

You really expect him to lay out his entire business for everyone to then go and copy?

I don't expect anything, not sure what really is to copy with asking is he using loads boards or having a direct shipper... Isnt that the general options that trucking companies have?

Sorry, guess you're right. Its been a long day and very hot and humid here in Dallas. I was thinking you wanted to know what carrier he was going to, what kind of pay he's getting from then, and scar region he's working in.

Some just don't know that there are better things out there that are actually BETTER and not just swapping one hated BS for another.

That is very hard to do. There is almost always a middle man, it's just what he takes. There are great brokers out there. There are sleezzy ones. One thing I have found out is by using Loves Factoring they will let you know the sleezzy ones. Today marks my 1 month on my own with my own Authority it's been beyond great.

Really? I just booked a load 1015 miles (per google maps) that pays me $2.58/mi. 18,000 lbs. South to Midwest.
