Potential new driver has a class date

@wprice0511 has it correct. They will need 1 year experience or attend a Millis school. I was looking into local schools until I was told I needed a year before coming to Millis.
I'm set for next Monday in Trenton.

 

Well thats odd because my trainers last student went to a private cdl school in Indy, and then hopped on his truck. Thats been 2 montha ago

 

Must be a case-by-case basis or something. I was told pretty flat out, just a few weeks ago, that it was MTI or 1 year.
The local school option didn't work out so it didn't really matter anyway.

 

Although I haven't passed the bar or law school I did score in the upper 1% for medical school (didn't go) but I went Millis a few years back, a lot more to pointing the nose in the wind and stomping on the throttle. Although I was at some what of an advantage as I had driven LARGE Vehicles for the better part of 20 years. so my only real issue was getting the double clutching down, which took about 8 mins. You won't go wrong with Millis ALL IN ALL GREAT COMPANY, I had to leave in the middle of training do to a medical issue that I thought was gone but Reared it's ugly head while I was on the road with my trainer. So until I can get a year experience else where I cannot go back to Millis. I like in NKY off Exit 171 on I-75 it breaks my heart every day I see the big Maroon Trucks go zipping by what I wouldn't give to get back behind the wheel. Maybe someday..Best of Luck to you Sir you will LOVE Millis and Many of the People you meet along the way. Keep the dirty side down the driver side closed and will be seeing you

Hello All, I was just accepted to Millis (MTI) school and will start on November 13th out of the Eden, NC location. If anyone knows of any guys running out of NC please chime in or send me a link to their profile. After tons of research I stumbled upon Millis and boy am I glad I did. Seems like the place to be, I haven't seen one negative post anywhere on the entire internet about Millis. Anyway, stay safe and chime in if you know of any NC Millis drivers or trainers!
