    Delivered my load of fuel tanks to the maine dot garage at exit 24 on i95 this morning, once again headed back to New jersey for my return load. This time its a small od load of crated machinery. 27k 8'11" wide. Headed to Wisconsin for Monday morning

    Lol l see french trucks loading like this sometimes. Crazy frenchmen smh ;) could make a nice and safer load to single it out down the middle. Buut l can hear it all ready. "The customer doesn't have fork extensions!" so you have to load it this way and be sitting on the edge of your seat worrying about a skid breaking or pile start to lean etc. I think undoing the straps and looking up at the stack over your head would be the stressful part!

    Try and find some carpet to carry around with you. Use it as padding under you tarps. I would bet good money, unfortunately, that you tarps will have a few sizable holes after that load.

    Well there you go then. It just looked like the tall crate front corner was very sharp. Those machine "cages" are real tarp shredders if not padded.
