I don't think they care how much we as individual drivers make, I believe it's about trucks sitting around not being used and having to call in dedicated to cover loads. And having to pay drivers benefits that are during home on the week on week of type programs, in my opinion they have lost control of the scheduling with too many guys off on any given day, we have as many as 25+ trucks sitting in our lot on a Saturday that drives them crazy. More guys on a program like 5/2-5/3 or 6/3 should be able to solve some of that. It's going to be a huge adjustment for some of the senior guys, but it's coming whether they can our want to adjust is another question.

I think your right mike3fan. I’m new and one of the first things I noticed was all the trucks sitting at different dc at one given time. If they were my trucks I would want them moving.

Yup, I'm sure that's all it is... You guys might be onto something. Can you just explain why cut future drivers pay , and discontinue Drivers annual raises? Im sure it's nothing to be concerned of ....
