    It seems to say that the starting pay is $17 per hour. There is no mention of how it might scale up if you prove yourself. I suspect that if you can't handle the white collar part of the job, they might retain you as a shag driver. And $17 per hour isn't terrible hourly wages in Texas for shag work, I don't think.

    But they call the dispatchers “asset managers” so they can make them salaried and pay them less than minimum wage.

    And if you are an experienced driver who wants to semi-retire and only work a few days a week, but still drive from time to time, the job might be exactly what is needed.

    Criticizing a company for offering a job isnt necessary. If nobody wants the job, at that pay, it won't get filled.

    Settling for sub par wages is the problem in this country why companies won't pay because they know somebody will come in and don't care if they get paid peanuts

    Yes, supply and demand capitalism. Both a horrible system, and the only system that has worked to support civilizations (for more than a few decades) in human history.
