TriPac APU control screen not working

    My TRIPAC apu was working fine and then i drove 1/2 mile and shut off truck. Tried starting my apu a/c and screen would not respond. I reset button on side where all fuses are but it didnt do anything. Screen just went all dim and cant see anyhing at all.
    Any tips to fix it or im stuck paying $100s to ThermoKing?

    Called ThermoKing and guy told me to check maxi fuse on top of apu.
    Sure enough it was fried pretty bad

    If it did that to a 50a fuse,,, you have a dead short somewhere.... get it fixed before the truck burns down.

    Did tpu get issue fixed? Was it the HMI controller?

    So sorry for late response...it was not HMI controller.... It was the big ### 50 amp fuse that blew. Somehow i was still getting lights on my screen inside then it would go dim. But after going on ebay to buy an HMI controller the seller advised to first check the main fuse...sure enough that was issue
