Dangerous WALMART Truck Drive #### near hit me! Came within 2 feet! Didn't look as he pulled right in front of me! If you aren't going to be cautious in a big rig, you ought to be driving a tricycle instead! Truck#:
115681 in Ogden, Utah. Definitely calling Walmart on this guy.

Well if it was a near miss at high speed i can understand and know why your angry and frustrated however posting his truck # on the internet could very well backfire on you into defamation so be extremely careful what you say/ write cause if its his word against yours with no actual evidence of any incident he could accuse you of making the whole thing up and sue you for defamation..

Don't think the # would be an issue its the claim about the dangerous driving, defamation is a deliberate and misleading slanderous lie about somebody. so if the # was correct its not slander however accusing someone about there driving conduct with out proof would be.

How is it defamation if its not a lie? Do you think the walmart driver would pursue a lawsuit if he didnt know if the other driver had a dashcam or not? Lol notta
