Lol I feel like I was just part of an episode of "Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego"

 

Wassup y'all. Tonight I'm in Effingham IL. Yesterday morning, I finished my load from my last post that was bound for Richmond IN. From there, I was sent to Trenton to pick up a load heading to White Hall IL. I got to the terminal, fueled up, weighed my load, and called it a day. I absolutely should have kept running. But.... I had the opportunity to hang out with @wprice0511 and a couple of his classmates for the night. So, that's what I did. I didn't get much sleep and had a long run left to get to my final, but it was worth it. What a great bunch of guys! I was happy to see and hear that they were doing well and enjoying class. I have no doubt that they'll all be sitting in their own trucks in a few months. Stay positive, guys, and call me anytime you need me. My delivery in White Hall was a dnh, and from there I was sent to the T/A here in Effingham. I had to meet another driver here and swap trailers. So now I have his load and he took my empty. I'm heading to the Iron Ridge WI Menards DC in the morning. It's an open delivery for tomorrow. I'll get an early jump tomorrow, but I'm going to afford myself a little extra sleep tonight. Yeah, I'm guessing a Horicon run is coming. A truly cruel fuel stop is Jackson GA. I won't go there anymore. Last time I filled up at that Loves, it took an hour.
