Just make shure that if you cut it you do NOT cut it in a straight line.
It would make the cab lose most off it's strenght.
And you are looking at some extra weight.
Done right, might be 1000lbs or more.

    >>I get the inside is the normal plastic crap, but so is the Freightliner and the do a lot with them and for them. So what makes them so much better than the ProStar?
And if I did go with something like a Bolt custom wouldn't they replace the whole cab anyway?

My remark about the way to cut it was directed at you so you can ask the right questions to whomever does do it.
If a shop says they will cut it straight...........run.

It's like a metric v twin versus a real Harley v twin my friend. Obviously the water cooled metric engine is going to last longer due to the front cylinder not wearing quicker like the domestic version does and they can be had cheaper as well BUT Harley has the name, prestige and image that adds value that Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki etc just can't duplicate. That's just the tip of the iceberg IMO.

    >>I have been trying to Google, So far all i keep coming up is the Custom Sleeper guys, Bolt, ARI Legacy, nothing for actually stretching an existing OEM sleeper.
and Im still debating which way i wish to go. Stretch this one, But a full custom sleeper and swap, or just get another truck
