    Us normal people just make a routine and try to get out bladder to get used to that routine. I.e. Pee around 1pm and again around 5-6pm. Makes holding it abit easier. And also sip the coffee don't just chug it down.

    Oh and if you should really minimize caffeine intake if your taking those energy shots. That stuff is horrible for your heart.

    Dedicated run. Left myself plenty if time. It was either drink coffee, pee, stay awake or not drink coffee, dont have to pee and fall sleep. I like living.
