How does everyone find good driver's? I am wanting to put more trucks on the road and can't seem to find people that want to work.

Start with maybe paying the drivers at least 75 cents per mile.

The best way is to find good drivers is by stealing them from someone else. Good drivers are never looking for a job.. If you put an ad out, you're going to pick through tons and tons of garbage because good drivers are NEVER looking for a job. So, when you're out and about and meet other drivers at shippers and receivers, talk to them and get their contact info and call them. Most of them will be satisfied where theyre at, so you will have to offer them a sweeter deal. Short term, it's more money, but long term, it will save you a fortune.
