keep in mind kiddo- this isn't spot freight like many of you do on here......(Last minute or 3rd party posted moves)
these are daily runs that I have to quote in a very competitive market around here-
Give you an example-
If I Quoted $1000 on a 100 mile DAILY run- Not only would I be Turned down by everyone- My name gets bruised- Everyone knows everyone here
Local service is more competitive- Way too many cartage companies- You Have a Window of about $25 to play with
Longevity plays a Huge Role also- Your name-Word of Mouth Etc.........
Coimpletery different ball game than calling Brokers and Playing Cat Mouse on Rates -

First off,Im not sure if you have followed some of my posts on this site but, I only use brokers on return trips from afar, And that is 50/50
In a Spot Market type of environme
Anyways- To keep this friendly- I Hope you guys that continue to run the Spot Freight OTR- Make a Lot of money- I'll always be on the Drivers side- Especially the Hard Working ones -
