    Exactly.

When I first got this truck I set the engine brake to 3. I soon learned that it would haul me down as fast as it could, going the next gear down as soon as possible.
    It was scary.
Engine brake on high is serious business with this combo.

It is a powerful engine brake, and you have to really control it if the computer isn't doing it for you.

Hey guys, just an FYI. Me driving my automatic is quite masculine. Because since I’m already a confident testosterone machine I could drive a baby blue convertible Mini Cooper and still get more ##### than this entire board combined.

Well since I am sure you do not break the law with your technology, you would be safe with Windows 10. The only way that would be compromised is if you got infected; it doesn't sound like you are at risk of that, being a knowledgeable computer user. I haven't been infected in years and love using Windows 10.

I majored in computer science and worked in IT for 10 years before throwing in the towel. I loved working with computers, but my personality just isn't a good fit for the work; too introverted. My phone at my desk ringing constantly depressed me. Mon-Fri 8-5 at the same location every day got old.

Computers will always remain a major hobby of mine, though. They are an incredible machine and tool.

    I hear you.

I love the law, but I sometimes find it a bit inconvenient at times over the years, but generally by and large lawbreaking online is not the problem on my end. I know too much about how the Law would summons the ISP for the necessary information should something happen to give sufficient cause.

One of the things I discovered when rebuilding my machine which itself is not a terrible ordeal at all, it's similar to say baking a large steak dinner with the necessary trimmings to go with it. However my bungling of the basic recovery showed that I was really out of practice. However I could say the machine did have deep issues that did not permit such a thing, whose to know.

It was not infection that was a problem, it was a persistent error deep within windows itself. One of the biggest issues for me in all of my machines is that somehow windows and the code that it contains eventually generates problems given uptime of sufficient length. My computers go through 7000 to 9000 hours a year. A CPU cooler would become end of life at 50K, that's about 5 years. Im watching one exceed 12 at this time, however that one was a copper nickel block that has conservatively got about 70K hours on it with the original fan. And 3 more fans forcing air through it's one pound block of metal. Two of which are the Delta high pressure ones one to push through the fins and the other to dump the heat should the cpu fan fail.

Trucking for me was a chance to get out of and stay the hell out of the cubicle. I took a temp job once long ago when the horse farm wrapped up my job in a rain coat maker called london fog in Maryland. I stayed all of three weeks. Showing up at the same time to sit at a desk processing the same mail with the same errors from the same people etc while being micromanaged by at least three levels of supervisors convinced me that was NOT my future. Ergo Trucking. Never mind that there are now 50 bosses and customers interested in my being on time. I had the whole country with the office about two steps from the house (Cab and sleeper) made for a very good life with pretty much no bills.

I doubt that I will be ever as carefree again with no problems other than the clock on the dashboard in this life.
