No offense, but, it might be wise to step back and take a look in the mirror. Ain't nobody gettin rich out here and we all screw up but you seem to be sinking in your own problems. Bills, injuries, troubled employment record, etc. Maybe you should take a deep breath and honestly ask yourself if you are READY to commit to this life. I'm assuming you are 20ish and really don't have a helluva lot of life experience. What C-Town suggested to you is the absolute bottom. It's a deep hole. Don't jump in unless you are 100% committed emotionally . It's gonna suck worse than anything has ever sucked.

Yes alot of company's has turned me down. I'm not one of those bad apples so no I don't deserve to be treated like that, you don't know me. I try to get a lawyer and it was too expensive but the lawyer said people with alot worse DAC than me got jobs the lawyer was one person but not the only one who told me to go to brokers or lease a truck, I can't lease because I can't afford that. One company said to go to a broker and after a year of no accidents than they will hire me. I'm still going to look for jobs. Yall don't know anything about me so you have no reason to call me a bad apple. Let the company weed out the nut cases that are a real threat, but that is not me. It's not my fault the tire blew and werner made it sound worse on the DAC. Im really hurt frustrated by all this and I just want to get back 8n the road

What does matter is that you had a backing accident, and had 'bad wounds' that impaired your ability to drive safely but did so anyway.
The hit on the DAC for the blowout and going off the road, I think, is the least of your concerns.
Where did these deep wounds come from, when you are just driving a truck?
What kind of wounds?
After nearly 7 years out here I have not experienced anything like that.
And deep holes, but no blood?
You give a little information. Then when questioned you provide a little more, but with an attitude.
Your very first sentence was "I'm a new trucker that got around 3 month of experience and lost my job over very minor problem."
Then it comes out that it was a steer tire blowout that sent you off the road. NOT very minor!
Then you reveal that you later had a backing accident that caused damage, but you downplay it by saying it was only minor damage.
Then you reveal that you had some bad wounds, that you say all truckers get, and that you were in a lot of pain during that backing accident. Blaming Werner because they would not give you the time to see a doctor.
Or something like that.
Your story gets more convoluted as it goes on.
It is YOUR responsibility to drive safely, and to stop driving if you are unfit to do so!
I think that your company saw a very high risk driver, and cut him loose before they suffered a major loss.
I don't blame them. -

You seem not to grasp one little fact.
YOU are in control of what you do.Joetro, Blackshack46, dunchues and 1 other person Thank this. -

Not PRE judging you, amigo. Judging you, period. If your skin is so thin at a worthless(for the most part)site like this you're gonna need a lotta God moving forward. From what I've read you aren't necessarily a good candidate to be in control of something that can kill folks. I'm a driver. I see you 100 times a day.
Joetro, cybill234, Blackshack46 and 1 other person Thank this. -
