If you aint hear any more problems from the right seat during your road test, you are pretty much going to be hired. Silence is golden. Verbal and physical abuse if not.
Then you get to meet dispatcher after the obligatory pee test at hilda's office is completed. Dispatcher will growl at you. If he is in a good mood you two have lunch together. It's to evaluate you as predator or prey.
The good old days of being hired in 30 minutes are long gone.
Today? ugh.
By the time I finished signing forms with McKesson and the contractor fleet tied to it it was almost a inch thick folder. I have never seen so many DOJ forms as I did that day. Homeland security was not in existance yet at that time either. -

With Ozark it was a very tough interview process. I filled out the online application and waited 3 days. I got a call from the recruiter asking me when she could get me a bus ticket to the terminal to start orientation.
