You work for WM as well dont you? You are no better than any of us. Only difference is you have Stockholm syndrome and must've received a reach-around from WMT. Brown nosers are the reason corporations get away with things like Walmart is planning/doing. The next Generation of WMT Drivers will get screwed on new pay scale, but I bet guys like yourself are Ok with that since it doesn't affect them.

Like they say... nothing has changed and I bet in a few years they'll still like their current pay scale not changing while the rest of the industry continues to move upward.

Anyone been watching news lately? Walmart will be getting a 15% corporate tax cut on top of everything else. Profits will be alot higher. But yet they still see need to disrupt Transportation. 06 Driver you are a sell out.

Thanks. So, drivers before that cutoff get anniversary raises so I imagine they will be for new drivers too, at least until the pay evens out. I didn't know of any company, trucking or otherwise, where new employees get paid same as those that's been there for awhile. That's why it's called "starting pay". It can't be that bad because even those that complain about everything still stick around.

What our GTM, RTM, And GTM of "The Roc" told us in a grass roots meeting was .38cpm, no planned anniversary raises(until industry caught up) $9 all activities, $9detention. This is the new payscale for any application received after 10-2-17. Not hires Apps. Anybody hired and their app was received before this date is luckily on old scale. This is why site was down on 10-1.

You and 06Driver make a fine couple. Probably same person being you're a bobtail member. Very suspect..

Okie dokie. We were told that was not being released. Knew it would get out eventually.

I would wonder if the "anniversary" raises are the fleet wide ones or individual. There has to be an incentive to gain. Guy here 3-4 years is not going to take 38 cents. $18 A stop still ain't bad if that is accurate.

What about scheduled time? Still 1/10th ADP an hour?

Going by his words. $9 activity. He did not say $9 A stop he said activity.
    So.....
You have a Ar,Ad,St when you get somewhere and a Hk,Lu1,ll1(or some variation) when you leave.

    9+9=18.

Industry is 15 or 20 a stop so they are in that ballpark.
