i have a feeling that diary is like anything else. the people that make the most are the people on top..... the people owning and running the plants. i have heard the farmers saying they dont make much, i dont believe my boss gets the biggest cut either. the whole country is flawed. there is also the cost of running that milk through a separator, refrigeration, paying for mexicans on the farm (that's right i said mexicans), staff at the milk plants, the trucks to haul it, drivers wages, ect ect..... and the overpaid management and executives of the companies processing the product.
when i worked at my last plant, the CEO came a toured the facility. he walked right past the workers (myself and my co-workers) and didnt even acknowledge any of us existed..... here is a ### making several million dollars per year and completely ignores the employees that are making his overpaid wage possible. i was disgusted by his presence and behavior. a simple handshake, and a hi im rick smith your doing a good job would have been nice. instead he was rude and arrogant. i have no use for people like that.Toomanybikes and diesel drinker Thank this. -
