Greatest tractor picture ever

This truck and trailer was headed east into the city earlier in the morning. I think SHE was lost because 9 hours later SHE was heading west,,same truck, same load I always thought it odd until I considered gender:

I used to have a great sense of humor, but after awhile I have mostly lost it. After years and years of people continuing to want to really bash one company, it does get old, and also many of the photos. Yes, I will say that some are caused by idiocy of the driver, but then there are some that I bet have a back story do it, but that is never posted, just the photo. Kind of like the media, they will go out of there way to post the negative. I remember that bus accident many years ago in Kentucky where a pick up truck crossed the median and hit the school bus and killed many. The headlines read something like, Truck Crosses Median, hits school bus. If I remember correct, it was around the 3rd paragraph that finally said it was a pick up truck. But what do the people that are reading it see right off the bat, TRUCK. In all of your years, how many times have you seen some article that involves a semi, and somewhere later in the article you learn, oops, it was caused by a 4 wheeler or mechanical or maybe the driver had a stroke or heart attack. But instead, when it comes to Swift, right away, stupid driver. And BTW, where did I ever say anything about it being in a ditch. Can you see that it is in a ditch.

 

It would be cyber-bullying if the pictures were targeted at a specific person or group of persons with malicious intent. I think these pictures were posted as a source of entertainment for all of us, no one has been targeted for bullying here.

Now, we know that old saying , "a picture says 1000 words" and indeed a picture will conjure up 1000 emotions. I think the intent of posting these pics was for the entertaining humorous value of them.

Pretty much everyone knows the trucking company Swift, even outside the trucking world. I recall talking with some of my former work colleagues in another profession after I became a trucker and they asked me who I drove for, I say "Swift." Their response was "Oh that company...." Bear in mind they don't know squat about trucking but they know Swift. Swift's reputation precedes it. The reputation being that they have a ton of crashes.

Think of those hoverboards which were catching on fire. Only a few of them actually caught fire but the joke was that they all blow up when you ride them.

How about those cell phone which would overheat and catch fire. Only a few documented cases but the joke was that all of them blow up.

What about the Ford Pinto lol the joke was that you could kiss the rear end and it would explode even though that only happened once in a rearend job.

 

I was thinking a he/she, hahaha!!

 

This day and age that's about right.

Hell ive been here at swift only two months and my check was $1185 for last week nefor taxes!!! Been accident free and enjoying the ride thus far. Kind of a bummer how everyone is beating each other up in here I must say!!! I'd much rather read good advice and good stories from all the so called experts in here. Anyhow be safe everyone sure would hate to see someone other then a swift driver get into a tangle out here!!! I scooped up the worst of the worst as a tow driver for the last 17 years and never posted a single pic of anyone's misfortune, or lack of better judgement. And for the record every fellow driver i've met out here has been pretty cool. Take care everyone!!!
