TA And Petro no longer give free showers for PM’s and maintenance.

Add that the price on gas more expensive the loves and peelots , and require now more galons to fuel for shower credit I don't understand why people even usi g TA anymore...

 

I asked about this, and the reason why is that the drivers are stealing the towels... The TA I frequent, and I know folks that actually work there, as I have been going there for years and live in the neighborhood... If you are nice, they will give you a few gallons of oil.

 

Yeah right, 1billion $ profit and they can't afford to stock towels,get this guy out of here (c).

 

The way it works on the local level, the management has a budget.... Have you priced towels lately? And if your job depends on your bottom line as a manager, sheet happens, or in this case, Towels Happens. And guys like you should stop stealing the towels.

 

I have my own towel, can't trust they all bacterias and virues will disappear from simply 1 wash....
You can't compare cost of towels in Wal-Mart cause Wal-Mart need to make profit from selling towels also, if TA will by them straight from manufacturing it will cost them very little...

 

Amen, been bringing my own towels into shower for years. Wouldn't even consider touching my self with the towels they offer, no thanks.

 

I noticed that too, last couple times went in for trailer service they did ask me to swipe my reward card but failed to load points or shower on there. I thought it was an over sight but now I have the answer.

 

No maintenance at the orange mother ship........

 

Why not require a cash deposit for towels.... still a headache for the customer but at least you likely keep the customer...
