It's Homeland Security that requires it.

Something new since 9-11. Prior to that time no one cared really how long you stayed home.

In any case I would totally and utterly fail such a employment history, Ive not made a dollar in wages since roughly 2009. What have I done with all that time? Medicine. That's what. HA.... it would take me a year before I am acceptable for testing by hair. And it wont solve the problems that put me off the road in the first place. (And it will not either, some of which will bury me, such is the quality of our fine esteemed medical industry...)

You are right there is no rule to be employed 100% of any time. I could tell my employer that I was caregiving after cancer #### near 8 years of that time until my spouse finally woke up from her chemo fog. They can write that in the gap history, and that's just the beginning. Im still glad I had the 10 years or so with her. The doctors did a good job. But there is nothing anywhere in a employment application for such a story.

I tend to fight back against excessive government. When 9-11 came along, and two Senators started talking about introducing a bill to the Senate floor to create a KGB style Homeland Security Agency for Domestic matters etc... I thought OMFG.... and it's off to the races. Because I am a trucker and engaged in public safety sensitive (HA.....) position I have to prostrate myself to HS and all the other agencies such as DOJ and on and on and on just to be allowed to break HOS to keep dispatchers happy. Or carry something now and then that break state scales too weak to weight me. HA... /SARCASM. Eff my life.. lolz.

That's what they advertise. FFE has terminals all over the place that don't show on the website.

I'm with you on the night driving; that's why I'm compatible with coast to coast reefer outfits.

From private school, Magnum is ok.
    Here's some more reefer outfits:
    Navajo Express
Freymiller - click on "Restore Program" for new cdl grads.
    Dynamic Transit
    Schuster
All the above hire from private cdl schools.
