i live in Albany ga with only 2 months of driving experience I'm 22 and I want to drive locally but most likely it's not gonna happen so out of these companies which one would be the one to choose from swift,us xpress, and knight transportation....what I'm looking for is pay and home time at least every 2 to 3 weeks

Don’t hold your breath on getting home every 2 weeks. If you do OTR you get 1 day home for every 1 week driven. So 4 days home only comes after 4 weeks out. No company will be routing you home every 2 weeks. But recruiters will tell you they can.
In my opinion, do 1 year out in the big open road doing 48 states. Then you can get a much better job. But don’t settle for the worst companies out there (like the ones you listed). If you can handle flatbed you can instantly earn more than most drivers.woothetrucker Thanks this. -
