65 mph here we come....

Wow, your big time. You and that freightliner.

 

We don't drive fast and reckless, we drive the speed limit, whatever that might be. People that drive 65 everywhere are the ones who cause accidents, infact, 95 percent of all trucking accidents are from companies that drive 65, like Swift and Werner and a thousand just like them

 

If our packages come in a thousand pieces how come UPS keeps stealing them at the door

 

At Marten doesn't matter what they pay you per mile, at your speed you won't be getting any, the only thing you get is in peoples way

 

Yes I was a home delivery driver for 5 years, we get two to three times the normal volume at peak

 

Me thinks a certain someone needs a Midol.

 

IDK,I’ve made pretty decent coin so I can’t complain.
And I can still pass a few Swift,Werner,J.B. Hunt,Prime Inc and Schneider trucks any day of the week,all the while avoiding a speeding ticket.

 

I wouldn’t know,that issue hasn’t happened where I live. But they certainly don’t wreck a lot either.

 

I don't get tickets either, hard to get one if the speed limit is 75 and I'm doing 75, in Texas I don't do 80, 77 at most. People say we speed because time is short to get there, not true, this week went from Chicago to Phoenix stopped to fuel once, stopped again for a sit down meal and we still got there 7 hours early, no speeding at all, 75 in a 75.

 

Seen a few wreaks last couple of months, none FedEx, companies like yours blown over in Wyoming , why, don't know how to read the signs, go through there empty when told not to, get scared ? Seen at least 6 in a 10 mile span. FedEx doesn't have that many wreaks compared to the number of trucks on the road.
