This is a 2017 Cascadia. It all started after I was towed. I'm thinking maybe the computer got fried when road service tried to jumpstart it. It only happens when idling after 3-4 minutes, and not every time. The dash menu starts saying crazy things like "wheel spin detected" when I'm not even moving or in gear. Any ideas?

I don't know, but I'm inclined to agree with your fear that you may have gotten some critical electronics fried. Or maybe you have a voltage problem related to a bad battery, poor post connection(s), or problem charging system.

Set your idle high, if it doesn't happen with it cranked up its a voltage issue. Probably 1 or more shot batteries.

Could be loose cables as well.

I just remembered. I got a truck wash the previous day. I didn't get the engine wash but they might have left the hood open to spray off the top.

Dont see how thay could affect it

This is like trying to guess what color the truck is.
Get it to a dealer and have them hook it up to look at the error codes.Farmerbob1, Short Fuse EOD, Oldironfan and 2 others Thank this. -
Disconnect the battery and let it sit for 15min.
Lepton1 Thanks this. -

This all seems ironic if an electrical part has failed before a mechanical part. But I thought most mechanical parts are obsolete. Honestly if trucks are less reliable now what good are they. I guess I'll shut up now. Or I will keep rambling.
Farmerbob1 and Lepton1 Thank this.
