Question for Latanea. thanks for posting the above pdf file it answered a few things for me but what happens if after the votes are tallied and the New Penn guys voted yes and the rest voted no , I dont understand why they would tally them differently just because the contracts were negotiated at different times .
-
good question...
things like this need to be brought up at your area meeting
\(probably tomorrow)...
I will run it through the question and answer session tonight - but since none of new penns lanes are out this way - I do not know how good of an answer I can get you. -
I think that New Penn sign the TMI agreement ME TOO
-
I was not in town for local 100's meeting - but I did pose the question to the prez of local 728 (I was in Atlanta the past few days)...
seems that Bumpy is right - a "me too" type clause. -
I apperciate you taking the time to find out, I m still not sure what it means an was only curious to know the "what if" situtation . I did how ever get a letter from my terminal manager, inside was a letter from company presdient explaining the companys cry for help. I did not think that I was going to be eligable to vote on this ( as I'm laid off ) but if I am my vote would be "yes" to the concessions.perhaps it will get me back to work sooner. I kinda like those stock options.. thanks again
-
looks like the vote was a yes for conc. - about 76 percent yes...
-
I guess it will take and act of congress to get the rest of the country back on track,
Hopefully soon -
the first 10% deduction came out today - I opened my check and found the $199.33 deduction listed as a pretax take...
-
So the $199.33 is with held and used to buy the companys stocks or it's just showing you a gross figure minus the 10% Sorry to ask only check I see is and unemployment check, thanks for the info
