Only difference is plates, other than that my carrier does the insurance and ifta. I'm using the insurance they offer.

Do they do your receivables as well?

Whatever bills transflo by Tuesday I get paid that Friday.
40% advance no fee available at time of pick up on load.
Effectively I am running my own show using their numbers, they keep me legal, do my paperwork, make sure I get paid, offer 24 hour support and will fight for me when a broker trys to screw me.
    I get 90% of whatever I book.
The value I get in the 10% I give up is worth it over getting my own authority in my opinion. Insurance savings alone are monumental plus I doubt if I had a 1 truck noobie MC authority i'd be able to pull off getting the rates I currently am.

Had to get my own trailer which sucked coming from not having to worry about one but it had to be done to get 90%

So you give them 7200 a year for ins.. I pay 8k for my own MC.. Plus you give them 20-25k (assuming your truck grosses 200-250k) ? Is it worth it?
