KLLM has a load board but, there are restrictions. They have a 5000 LP sign on bonus that pays pretty quickly (1st load then 30 days). Their LP is walkaway no balloon. They also have dedicated accounts with guaranteed minimum pay. Only downside is it is a reefer company so mostly live load/live unload.
