    1) 3 yrs TT, 14 yrs city and coach bus, so 17yrs total commercial driving.

    2) Clean driving record

    3) No endorsements, i think?

Can i get a link to the Schnieder gig?

i never claimed we/she didn't want to work for it; She's actually a good worker, but doesn't want too much lifting. Can you blame her?

Yes, but what can we do about it?

Not about blaming people for something. A good paying job means bringing something to the table. For some people that means the willingness to stay out for months at a time. For some people that means hard physical labor. For some that means the ability to safely maneuver a large oversize load. But you have to bring something above and beyond if you want to make really good money.

So if she isn't willing to do the hard labor, there needs to be something else, and I was asking what that is, as that could help in narrowing down the jobs.

Just call them. Ask about the local position for Sprouts. Their DC is in Glendale ( right next to Phoenix ).

There's a lot of companies. Central, SAIA, OD, union shops, think fed ex you need 5 years, even JBHUNT doing intermodal.

You have to get on a, the, lists. Schnieder is open now, or was a few days ago.

That JBHUNT intermodal gig is $70K year, maybe be gone a day here or there, but 90% home every night.
I was on that list for two years, and the lady called like two weeks after I started at Landstar.
