@JReding what type of brands do Franz have? We don't have them on the East Coast. The main Bakeries we have (besides Bimbo) are...

Flowers Foods, which makes Wonder Bread and Tastykakes...

Mondelez, which makes Kraft, Nabisco, Oreo, etc...

North East Foods, which owns H&S, Schmidt, Bakerite, etc...

    Gold Medal Bakery...

Nestle (they're more food service, but they do make cookies)...

    Little Debbie's...

    Amoroso's...

    Rockland Bakery...

    And many others.

I always thought the bed buggers were who used them. I thought the crew used it as their space.

They do, but I guess out on the west coast in Oregon and Washington the bread and bakery haulers use them they were way common for a long long time out there.

Franz Bakery out of Seattle is pretty much only using their long sets now, and they're pulled by two axle Pete's (367s, I think. I'm not a Peterbilt guy, I have no idea for sure).

Triples aren't legal in Washington state, but they may carry them in Oregon, as long as they don't go over the 105 foot maximum trailer length. It's possible they use the shorter trailers there, but I don't know. I haven't really paid attention lately what they're pulling down there.
