Looking for names of, opinions on and advice on what companies out there have cdl training and flatbed regional divisions. Currently awaiting mavericks program but may not be able to wait them out. I've found a few but know I haven't found them all

My company just hired someone right out of cdl school but he quit after two months. I think it just depends on what their insurance provider allows. Sprinter Trucking is who I work for and they are a curtain van fleet that runs the west coast and western 11
