So I checked today, pay is now 230, hopefully it'l keep improving. Today was something. Woke up at 7am to unload, but had to wait til like 11 30 for C of A. Unloaded and was out by 12 30. Drove to quala about 135 miles away dropped dirty, washed hose, picked up clean empty, took it 150 or miles to get loaded. My god US27 Georgia sucks, rain didn'. Help. Got loaded by 8pm, drove 260 miles to toomubasa or something like that Mississippi, and am at the loves. Before this I took US278 (?) To get to i59. My god that was even worse than us27 in rain. Did a unload, drop a dirty pick up a clean, got loaded and drove a total of 520ish miles today. The next next check better be fat like me or I'm crying lol

1300 mile trip back to Houston for home time. Load is a easy one, just have to pu a dirty trailer that is being dropped tomorrow at the yard and drop it at the Houston yard. Must be going in for Maintance of some kind if they are going to move it 1300 miles but would of been better if it was going to be cleaned first but no biggie.

I'll be in Houston all week, heading to the term tomorrow to meet the TE. The classes were great.

Hope you get a good T.E. Found out they make good money. $70/day PER student so local guys with 2 students at a time be making $140/day before load and mile pay. Very nice if you ask me since my T.E. never had to do one ounce of work, just watch us and write stuff down in our packet.
Still waiting on that trailer. Says in the system it is scheduled to be dropped at 12pm est time but who knows if the driver will arrive on time. Would of liked to get back to Houston Friday Morning but looks like Friday Evening.TaterFox and Juanthehumanoid Thank this. -
I should be around, hopefully

They need more OTR people up here in Pennsylvania . The hire on bonus for experience drivers is 12k unlike the 7.5k for the Texas area.

Hope thinks get better for you. Found out this trailer is dedicated for this account so it never needs to be washed. Customer does not mind paying 1300 miles of deadhead to have it loaded and sent back up north.

Wow nice. Sounds pretty gravy
