I just replaced 6 injectors & cups in 7 months ago.. I got diesel In my oil after I done EGR Delete two months ago. Every 4,000 miles I will have to take out a gallon of oil. The engine is around 950,000 miles and it firing right up on first crank every time. In the winter my engine thermostats stay under 150 degree all time... Should I replace O Ring on my injectors???

If dealer did your work it should be under warranty of some type. D13 are hard to keep cups working properly. Defect I think but not positive.
KB3MMX Thanks this. -
Did you try to replace coolant thermostat? Try to do it as soon as possible bcz temp is too low for engine operating temperature.
KB3MMX Thanks this. -
it should be the o rings, most of the time it is the actuall injector leaking right by the solenoid have seen two times the head is cracked but very unlikely on second one, i would suggest open valve cover, remove rockers and all, and then prime up fuel system and check visually for leaks. most of the time you will see which injector is leaking, do as soon as possible cuz fuel in oil at high miles is a death sentence for engine.

I think the OP is talking about oil IN fuel (as in oil getting back into fuel tanks??)....I could be wrong
P.S. My truck sat for extended periods. fuel pump changed in 2011, and only driven 75K between 2011 & 2017 -
not posible to be fuel pump on d13 cuz it connects to power steering pump and driven by power steering not gears like it used to be before only place they come together is the head mainly the injectors.

I haven't returned the core (old one) yet, so that's some good nugget right there -
I know this is old post but fuel in oil , I dunno how much you are talking, but can be caused by low idle engine temp. Diesel engines are defendant on friction for combustion. When the block and everything inside warm up they expand, creating higher friction contact, better compression. When it is not to operating temp makes for a looser fit inside, fuel gets pushed past the rings and into the oil pan
