    Spn 5394 fmi 1 am now deranged restricted to 5mph. Have already replaced douser nox sensors all 7 injectors and cups. Filter was baked app 100,000mi ago. Also truck won' maintain heat. Goes up to 170. But then it will drop down to 140-150. Up and down all day as it feels like it. No pattern

    Replaced 7 injectors? What motor are you running? Or are you speaking of the 6 injectors and the Doser?

    Your truck probably won't maintain heat because of a fan clutch or solenoid issue . Let me guess.......if you idle your truck will increase RPM every few minutes when coolant temp at below 170 and once it gets there will idle normal. Also when you drive you'll be in coolant temp detate because temp will be 170 or below? Is that right?

    Also along with the SPN 5394, do you have any spn 5282 or 4094?
    I an pretty sure you have 4094 but any otget?

    Disconnect the speed sensor and drive to a shop to get a service regen done. If you dont have any ATS parts that are not working properly you should be able to get home and get it fixed.
    Diesel quality and DEF quality are the most crucial part of ATS. I will look at that in the long run. Give me some details so i can help you. Volvo is my favorite Lol

    ok so first thing is first in this case i would do a regen and monitor to see what exactly is going on with egr flow, boost psi, fuel psi, doser fuel psi, also make sure all SCR system is working if it is a DEF truck, also need to see what the DPF temps are doing and how soon are they getting to proper temp. someone has to look at the system as a whole need to see if egr or cooler are making problems if there is any boost leaks, there is a lot of things that go along with this #### code. post the values and i can most likely help you find what the issue is.
