    Isn't there a law(or IRS code) states that W2's must be postmarked by Jan 31?? How are you getting the run around??

    Likely he moved and either didn't inform cfi, or cfi didn't put it in their system.
    Companies as big as CFI don't play around with the IRS. They willingly screw employees sure, but they tend to follow the laws. At least on face value.
