The smaller the company the nicer the trucks. In my experience anyway.

Ever since i grew up and moved away from the Mega’s, i’ve yet to drive a truck with no power windows, one power mirror, all rubber floors, nets instead of cabinet doors, etc. Remember tho, with some company’s they put all their money in the truck and there is not much left to pay the driver. I’ve met plenty of drivers over the years in drop dead beautiful trucks and while you wanna talk trucks, they only complain about cheap owners & low pay checks.

That O/O company truck can be like the truck stop buffet.... Looks great now, but after you get it you’ll spend the rest the night on the toilet.

Holland enterprises have leatherish (cheap) air ride seats. Discounted sirius xm subscription (I think u pay like $40 a year) not too bad. Fridges (freightliners) Apus, TVs with direct tv included (good channels too and NFL ticket). 1500 watt inverter as well.

Virgin tires on all equipment and no recaps (ever). I think they have to be one of the best ones around for amenities in a company truck. Now i just wish they had Volvo 780s instead of the Shakers but can't win them all lol.

I'm more concerned with companies that let their drivers actually RUN their trucks faster than 65.

Are there any of em out there? Or is that all mostly Independent guys?
