    i just got my usdot today. i have a f350 dually and gooseneck trailer im staying in the state of florida only do i need irp or any special tags. also how do you register your vehicle for a certain weight

    Yes your tag will need to be registered for whatever weight you will be at total including truck, trailer, and cargo.
