Driver was on their 30 minute break at the fuel pull ahead and could not move otherwise it would trigger a need for a new 30 minute break.

 

That happened too me in Nebraska with a Swift truck..
Team Clueless is what I named them..
In front of a fuel island, really ?

Original poster is correct though. I was driving back and coming up to a truck stop just over the bridge where the highway exits are and this truck driver just zipped on out in front of us up the exit onto the bridge as us three cars were approaching. We all had to slow down. Was clearly in a hurry and I knew it was his HOS.
