    We dove first into this game and lost.....we paddle through this game and kept our head above water......we heard....but none of your experiences taught us better than forced learning....
    I read "learn the ropes" "leas on to a company and learn how they operate"
    ########! You become complaciant...you fail and your learn....

    Nah, the post was too short, didn't contain any tall tales, and almost made sense.
    No competition for X1 so far.

    @Lightseeker35

    Truck then Insurance then Authority.
    Where or what did you fail at?

    Help us help you. We shouldn't need a decoder to understand you.

    Good luck

    Brickwall Thanks this.

    Guys in all seriousness I would like to share my experience in this industry and I would like your honest opinion as to what I'm doing right or wrong. I jumped into this because of my uncle, he has been driving for many years and convinced me to help him launch a trucking company. We started with one truck, we bought it got insurance and applied for our authorities.....so we ran under someone else's authorities to generate revenue to pay for truck payment and insurance premium until authorities where granted. Throughout the shinanigens I was able to acquire a direct shipper account through an acquaintance of mine and we were off! We started moving freight. We started to see money come in and the request to move more for freight was in high demand. So we took the plunge. Bought a second truck...and Bam! Just like that, business is slowed down....it took us forever to find a driver our insurance goes up now we are kinda in a rut.
