I'd say start with the basics that trainers should, but don't, teach.
    5th wheel underside lube.

Route planning including HOS and 'where ya gonna park that thing'?

    Load balancing at the scales.

    Conductive grease for the pigtail.

All that fun stuff that ya learn the hard way because your so called trainer was lazy or greedy or whatever. Sorry, no name calling.

I watched some of those when I started trucking. To me the best hands down is Indiana Jack. There are others but his are well narrated/filmed and informative. Trucker Josh is another good one. Many of the others get too involved in bashing other truckers, politics etc.

Also be aware that some companies don't allow drivers to record video for youtube..there is a few on there have been fired over it. Even if they don't mind I would not reveal the company you work for unless they are ok with it.

Check out Craig Ryan for an example of how to do it right. He is also occasionally on this site. Paging @Craig Ryan

Honestly, if there is anything to be taught about trucking on youtube, it has already been taught 12teen thousand times by every other trucking youtuber already. There's a guy out there right now who actually charges money to new drivers for his advice. It is an embarrassment, but his channel is huge and growing.

Not saying there isn't room for more trucking youtubers, just bring a great personality and razzle dazzle content to the table and your channel will do well.

Some idiot trucker posted a vid where he never moved over and cut a guy off. This merge had no shoulder. The guy came around and brake checked him then went on. The trucker was ranting. Most of the comments were about what a turd he was for not being courteous . Careful what you post.

Also keep it short. I don't want to spend 10 minutes of @scottied67 going through a scale.

Maybe someone will find use for it

I don't have time for some Youtube Trucking Legend.
I love Youtube, but I won't watch Trucking Videos.
