    Umm your wrong man they do a lease purchase you can do 3 year for new one and yes pay balloon of 56k orrr you extend your lease way i was told do 1 year then release it for 3 . No balloon .. or do it for 3 then lease it for the remaining balloon. Basically new one is your in 4 years time.

    Thats for an older truck still have to pay remainong balance of 10k to 20k not many people do that so they refinance the rest of lease. Its just like going to bank only higher payments but paid off sooner..

    You will not own a new truck in 4 years what don't you understand about that.. It will take you a minimum of 5 years. That's with no down time lol

    So are you are you stating that you have to run for 5 years non stop without ever taken any time off which is same thing is downtime in order for you to Own the truck?
