My attitude is indeed "#### werner" most of the time, but this is a clear miscarriage of justice that will affect all of us, drastically, if it's allowed to stand, so I'll stick up for the weiner wagon company this time.

This case sets a dangerous precedent. Whose to say we don’t have to worry about getting sued for somebody else’s screwup even though the incident/accident isn’t our fault,not just in Texas,but any other jurisdictions in the U.S. where you’ll have lawyers having wet dreams just to get a case like this one-even with all the safety devices in the world installed on the trucks?
