what was the WORST or CRAZIEST thing you have ever hauled?

I once hauled a single box of clothing (320 lbs) from The Gap distribution center in Gallatin, TN all the way to one of their stores in Orange, CA.

I also hauled an "effluent monitor" to a nuclear power plant in New England. Security was really tight, took about 4 hours for what should have been about an hour unload.

Although it wasn't my load, I did watch a California State Trooper get swamped when he made a driver open the doors on a trailer full of loose ping-pong balls.

 

I forgot to list this, old MMT guy, also drove missiles out to silos in a TE.

 

Cow heads mixed in with rotten dead chickens in 100 degree heat. You never saw cars swerving around you fast until you hauled some rotten cow heads/guts/blood and maggot covered chickens in an open dump trailer.

Probably the worst job I’ve ever had in my life and my intro to trucking. Lol looking back it’s funny but at the time I was miserable. I felt embarrassed driving down the road.

I did the Navy thing. Hauled everything by truck from mags to where it was going. Our jobs were somewhat the same when we moved Polaris. We had to move on surface streets on one route and the public got up in arms every time. Lucky for us there were not that many people that knew.

Either stuff is just nasty to mess with, glad I don’t unload these chemicals anymore

 

Strangest thing I've ever hauled...... 1 hose. From Atlanta to Oklahoma City. The funny thing was, they put a seal on the trailer.

 

worst was trash to landfill almost stuck in mud ( or whatever that called) at that disgusting landfill. after that load i had to throw all my clothing.
strangest was from GA to MO walmart Dc 6 cheap metal cooking pots weighing next to nothing paid $1800
