Righteous. My little sister cooked my favorite meal tonight. Country fried steak, real mashed taters and English Peas.

Chicken fried steak is my go to for bfast with eggs and hashbrowns. That meatloaf though...my oldest son (14) woke up this morning still saying how good it was lol

Why does a 5 day break go so much faster than 5 days on the road ugh Getting ready to take my twins back home after having them for 5 days and feels like I just picked them up yesterday. Took them to Shedd Aquarium over the weekend for the 1st time. Got to touch a stingray and a shark so that made their weekend lol. Back to reality at 6am when I hit Ready for dispatch and see where Im being sent this time. Currently waiting on another student as my 3rd student and I had some uhhh personality differences and he chose to get off my truck before I could kick him off lol Oh well life as a trainer not going to hit it off with everyone.

Just wondering, from a trainers view point what are some of the reasons a trainer would kick out a trainee?
Asking for self preservation motives. I hope to be starting with Millis in June.

Its usually just a personality conflict. Some people have nothing in common and when thats the case it can make for very very very long days. Then add in things like just being unsafe, unsanitary, or just not showing improvement over a period of weeks. Id say those would be the main things I'd kick someone off (when I say that I dont mean I'd actually kick them off in middle of nowhere) lol

LOL I really wouldnt think you would kick someone out in the middle of nowhere unless of course they really deserved it. I havent been in the "trainee" position yet. But I would think, with everything coming at the student, such as driving, qualcomm, backing, pre-trips, post-trips, living on the road, shippers and receivers and upcoming CDL test how personality issues could even come in to play on the students part. Now trainers I can see getting annoyed with the newbs.

It would suck though being stuck in a truck with someone who just stank it would definitely be a bootable offense. I could probably get by during the work day, but trying to catch some sleep with stinky steve sleeping in the top bunk would be impossible.
