    Ok not seeing anyone else with this problem and it driving me crazy. When I idle I have great ac with plenty of air coming out of the duc. Then I start driving after about 15min the air volume drops down to nothing. After I stop and let it idle a few minutes air volume goes back up. This can go on all day without shutting down truck

    Is your ac freezing sound like all is turning to ice if yes replace freeze switch in evaporator

    It does it in the sleeper though, is there a different freeze switch for the sleeper ac or is it just one for both?

    I've had to replace the ac controller 3 times because it stopped working. Either giv ac and not heat or the other way around!

    Sleeper is different both have separate freeze switches

    Well that was a great thought and it made alot of since I replaced it this weekend and today it's doing the same. Any other thoughts

    Still does it just not as bad. When the air volume goes down I just turn off ac for a few till air volume goes back up. Some days it wont freeze up some days its does.
