Looking for a job. Keep me from making a mistake.

Hey guys, I'm new here and a new class A holder. My previous job required class A and they sent me to school. After getting out in the field, pretty much all of safety went out the window. Not to mention I wasn't a fan of most of the people I worked with. I cut my losses and am now looking at carriers for a job.
I live in southwest Virginia (24631). I currently have an offer from Werner for Dollar Tree (that's a big no go, quick google search tells me that as well as seeing dollar tree locations. I'm pretty good for a noobie when backing but I'm not setting myself up for failure.) And OTR.
I've also applied for TMC flatbed. Home weekly is attractive.
I did have a job offer for Schneider hauling for Walmart but an accident from 2015 (just over 3 years ago) disqualified me. No injuries and no one else involved. The vehicle was a total loss. Ticket was dropped in court.
As far as moving violations, I have one in the past three years. Rolling stop at a stop sign in June 2017.
I suppose what I need help with is finding an okay carrier that trains and will at least use lube when they screw me. I'd preferably like to have regular home time. No kids or anything to speak of, but I'm a fan of my own bed on occasion.
I do have a tanker endorsement and can drive a manual.
