What should be an owner operator net income per year?

    I would get rid of my truck the instant I made as little as a company driver. Actually, I'd get rid of it even if I made just a little more.

    I'm out here to make money, not to get some illusion of freedom. Not working is freedom, and I've yet to find anyone who pays me to do that.

    I gotta sit down and write down the numbers, but if someone purchases a truck and it has no issues, whats the average they might expect to make a week after everything is paid for, if the driver is paid decent?

    Ive written 4 books this one is my shortest book. Ill only include the best parts of being an owner op.
    Goes like this....
    Once upon a time a trucker became an owner operator. He failed miserably died broke and in debt to the irs after spending his whole life in a truck.

    Yes, in fact physical book sales have been increasing with library usage and ebooks decreasing. It's being driven by the younger generations as well.
